Hi, I’m Isobel McArthur, the creator of The Insightful Way Journals. Here’s a little information about who I am and what I do. I’m a Wellbeing Consultant, Therapist, Coach, Author, Speaker and creator of this lovely collection of life transformation journals.
My passion and purpose is in supporting and helping people navigate the journey of life and to be as happy, healthy and positive as they can possibly be, both personally and professionally.
Life has been an incredible journey so far, and I’m looking forward to releasing more journals to add to the collection and to delivering workshops locally and abroad in the areas of wellness, personal growth and development.
